If you are not happy with your order I accept cancellation and return. Cancellation has to be made within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible to return the items back within 10 days of cancellation, well packed, in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that buyer pays shipping costs of returns.

If your item lost in the post, I reserve the right to wait 20 business days from the delivery date before issuing a refund/replacement.
Once returned items have been received a replacement can be sent out (if applicable) or refund can be issued within 2 working days.
